We are seeking a motivated and resourceful Office Manager to join our team at Ashland. This is a part-time, work-from-home position based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong project management and persuasion skills.

As an Office Manager, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:- Managing office operations and procedures- Handling administrative tasks such as managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements- Assisting in the onboarding process for new employees- Maintaining and organizing electronic and physical files- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence- Assisting in the planning and execution of company events and meetings- Providing general office support as needed

Requirements for this position include:- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or a related field- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office management software- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
