Job Description:

AECOM is seeking a dedicated and reliable Office Manager to work remotely from Los Angeles, California on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Office Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our virtual office and providing support to our team members.

Responsibilities:1. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and responding to emails.2. Coordinate and facilitate virtual team meetings, taking minutes and following up on action items.3. Conduct research as needed to support various projects and initiatives.4. Assist with the onboarding process for new team members.5. Handle basic accounting tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking.6. Maintain accurate records and databases.7. Provide general support to the team as needed.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in office management or a related field.2. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant software.5. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.6. Experience with remote work and virtual office tools is preferred.7. Must be legally authorized to work in the US.8. Visa sponsorship available for the right candidate.
