At Fifth Third Bancorp, we are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Office Manager to join our team in a remote work capacity in Washington, D.C., US. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in office management or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures.2. Coordinate and facilitate communication between team members and management.3. Manage office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.4. Oversee office budget and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness.5. Coordinate scheduling and organization of meetings and events.6. Provide administrative support to executives and other team members.7. Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.8. Act as the point of contact for external vendors and service providers.9. Assist in onboarding new employees and conducting office orientations.10. Handle general office maintenance and ensure a clean and organized work environment.

Requirements:1. Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role.2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.3. Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.4. Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other office management tools.6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
