Details of the offer

The Office Manager will work closely with the Director of Operations and Senior Partners in managing the day-to-day operations of the Dayton office. In addition, the Office Manager will also be responsible for general office administration tasks as well.
Primary Tasks Welcome clients and visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone Maintain reception area cleanliness and monitor potential security risks Distribute and oversee incoming and outgoing mail Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the Dayton Office Manage and oversee all non-professional staff Oversee all duties related to interviewing and onboarding new team members Coordinate all training for new hires Facilitate team payroll / timecard approvals and PTO requests Mediate team issues when needed; escalate to HR when appropriate Liaison with attorneys and other management Preparing reports, agendas, and presentations for meetings Serve as the office contact for all area support agencies Assist with communication among employees Assist with internal and external promotional events Coordinate office participation in various volunteer and community events Coordinate the maintenance and security of the physical office Coordinate all office supply purchases for the Dayton Office Support all technology implementation within the Dayton Office Monthly/weekly/quarterly team meetings as needed Required Skills/Abilities: Exceptional communication skills Ability to work well under pressure and to exercise good judgment Strong attention to detail Familiarity with a variety of concepts, practices, and procedures in the legal industry Ability to lead and direct by utilizing a wide degree of creativity Professional demeanor, positive attitude, and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment Working knowledge of Needles and/or Litify Case Management software is a plus This is a full-time, salaried position with standard hours Monday – Friday. A minimum of 40 hours per week is to be expected, based upon projects Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum three years of management experience Bachelor's degree strongly preferred
