Job Summary:The Office Manager at Motor Inn of Carroll will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the dealership's office. This individual will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of the office and will serve as a key point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders. This is a full-time, hourly position in the Auto industry, located in Carroll, Iowa.Compensation & Benefits:The Office Manager will receive a competitive hourly rate of $18 per hour, paid biweekly. In addition to the salary, this position may also be eligible for other benefits such as healthcare, retirement plans, and paid time off.Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of the dealership's office operations, including but not limited to managing office supplies, maintaining office equipment, and ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the officeServe as the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, and provide exceptional customer service at all times.Manage and maintain the appointment calendar for the dealership's management team.Coordinate and schedule meetings, conference calls, and appointments as needed.Prepare and process documents such as invoices, purchase orders, and contracts.Keep accurate records of sales transactions, customer interactions, and other office-related activities.Train and supervise other office staff, including receptionists and administrative assistants.Work closely with other departments, such as sales and finance, to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks.Adhere to all company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.Seek opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the overall success of the dealership.Requirements:High school diploma or equivalent, with previous experience in a similar role preferred.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proven customer service experience and ability to handle customer complaints and inquiries effectively.Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.Familiarity with accounting principles and experience in bookkeeping desired.Knowledge of the auto industry and related technologies is a plus.Must be able to lift up to 20 pounds and stand for extended periods of time.EEOC Statement:Motor Inn of Carroll is an equal opportunity employer and is committed to creating an inclusive and diverse workplace.
