Two Maids is reputable cleaning company that provides residential cleaning services in the Baton Rouge area. We are looking for a cleaning manager to join our growing team and oversee the daily operations of our cleaning staff.

Your responsibilities will include:
Recruiting, training, and supervising cleaning staff
Ensuring high standards of cleanliness and quality are maintained in all areas.
Handling customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback
Managing schedules, budgets and inventory
Developing and implementing cleaning policies and procedures
Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations
Driving sales

To be successful in this role, you will need:
previous experience managing a cleaning team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
strong problem-solving and decision making skills
knowledge of cleaning products and equipment
a valid driver's license and reliable transportation with the proper insurance
strong sales experience
