The Skandalaris Center Office Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating administrative responsibilities and providing operational assistance to Center staff.The Skandalaris Center mission is to promote innovation and entrepreneurship across all disciplines at Washington University.Primary Duties & Responsibilities: Provide operational support for the office, act as a liaison to campus and community partners, maintain physical space, develop standard operating procedures, organize staff appreciation events, update website/calendars, maintain CRM and other databases, help administer events, interact with the Shared Business Services Hub for financial responsibilities, track metrics and analyze demand/satisfaction/outcomes, input data and update records, interact with the Shared Business Services Hub for Workday transactions, perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree• Three to five years of experience in a complex university or business environment• Experience working with financial accounting systems, proficiency in spreadsheets and word processing• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Package• Ability to handle confidential information responsibly• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines• Interest and experience in the entrepreneurship space• Experience with website maintenance a plus• Previous Wash U work experience a plus• Ability to work well with a wide variety of stakeholders• Ability to work independently in an environment of multiple and conflicting priorities and projects
