Position: Office Cleaner. Required Hours: 40 hours/week
Schedule: Variable 5 day schedule. Must be available Monday-Saturday.
Locations: Primarily St. Clair. Some work may be required in surrounding cities.
Compensation: $14-$16/hr.
Pay Schedule: Bi-Weekly (Every other Friday).
Typical hours can range from 7am-5pm. We also do post-construction, floor care, and window jobs that can take place at any time, day or night, and we need employees to be flexible and be available for those jobs.
Responsibilities: Dust, sweep, vacuum, mop. Wipe desks, chairs, conference rooms, break areas. Bathrooms (Replace paper and soap, sink, toilet, mirror) Empty trash and replace plastic bag. Disinfect high touch areas (doorknobs, light switches, etc.) Lock up buildings. We are looking for someone who is: Enthusiastic and has a great personality. Takes pride in their work and is detail oriented. Reliable and punctual Will be around long-term. Friendly to customers. Works well with team members.
