Office Assistant for Chiropractor's Office Location Clay City, IN : Job Title: Office Assistant for Chiropractic Clinic Location: Carmel, IN 46033 (in-person role) Type: Part Time/ Full Time Salary: $18+ per hour (depending on experience) Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our chiropractic clinic. As an integral part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to our patients. Responsibilities: Front Desk Operations: Greet and assist patients, answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage patient inquiries. Assist with rehab and X-ray Administrative Support: Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records. Billing and Insurance Processing: Coordinate with insurance providers, process billing information, and assist patients with payment-related queries. Appointment Coordination: Manage the appointment calendar, confirm appointments, and follow up on missed appointments. Patient Communication: Provide clear and concise information to patients regarding clinic policies, procedures, and any necessary pre-appointment instructions. Maintain Cleanliness: Ensure the reception area and administrative spaces are clean, organized, and presentable. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a medical, dental or chiropractic office is a plus. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with office software. Personal Attributes: Friendly and approachable demeanor. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy. Team player with a willingness to assist in various tasks.
