Responsibilities
• Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective customers.• Schedule appointments for new sales consultations and service appointments.• Build strong rapport with customers in person and over the phone.• Manage customer CRM database and Dealer Management System.• Prepare paperwork for sales and rentals and organize filing systems.• Coordinate with vendors for purchasing of parts and supplies.• Coordinate shop calendar for service, sales, and client orientation appointments.• Prepare documentation for loans and coordinate with lender and customer.• Support marketing activities, including social media and event planning.• Be fluent with sales and rental inventory and effectively answer customer questions.
Requirements
• Have a positive attitude, be enthusiastic, and be committed to fulfilling a variety of job duties.• Possess strong communication and follow-up skills with customers.• Be hyper-organized and detail-oriented, take notes, and follow through on tasks.• Knowledge and experience with computer systems, software, and web browsers.• Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.• 2-5 years experience in an office management or finance related role.• High school diploma or equivalent required; college a plus.• Passion for outdoor adventure.
