Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at Woodlands Wealth Builders. The Office Administrator will be responsible for phone routing, appointment confirmations, and assisting team members with various other activities. Additional tasks include, opening the office, seating and serving clients, directing visitors to office, maintain supplies and kitchen, mail gathering and shipping, gate keeping, and depositing checks. An ideal candidate would be someone with strong social skills, service aptitude, detail-oriented, solid computer skills, and investment industry experience.

Qualifications
Experience in office administration and providing administrative assistance
Excellent communication and email writing skills
Proficiency with Word, Excel, Adobe, Database Customer Service Experience
Bachelor's Degree
FINRA Licensed (Preferred)
Notary (Preferred)

Additional skills and qualifications that would be beneficial for this role include professional appearance and demeanor, organizational skills, problem-solving ability, and familiarity with financial services industry.
