PseudolithIC, Inc is a rapidly-growing semiconductor start-up company based in Santa Barbara, CA pioneering heterogeneous integration. This is a position for Office Administrator at our new facility in Santa Barbara, CA. We are looking for a team member comfortable with a dynamic work environment to provide administrative, financial, and logistical support to our staff.
Description

Position: Office Administrator
Responsibilities:
- Maintain a well-organized office environment by completing various office tasks such as word processing, running errands, copy services, tracking shipments, and office reception.
- Assist in developing and revising office policies and documenting procedures to improve workflow efficiency.
- Respond promptly to customer and vendor inquiries via phone and email, directing inquiries to the appropriate departments when necessary.
- Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and manage Outlook Calendar appointments.
- Accurately enter data into the accounting system, including invoicing, purchase orders, and customer information to ensure up-to-date financial records.
- Provide administrative support to the CEO, including filing, copying, and preparing documents. Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports for the leadership team.
- Support marketing, social media, and special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of administrative work experience.
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills to collaborate with all levels of organizational personnel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Outlook, and Teams).
- Familiarity with accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Unanet) is a plus.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must meet Export Control compliance requirements as a "U.S. Person" as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15. "U.S. Person" includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
