A growing office design and furnishing company is looking for a positive, energetic individual to join our tea,.

The ideal candidate will be in charge of the organization and efficiency of several daily office operations. From helping plan events in our Western Auto design center, to creating and executing marketing communications activities, you will be responsible for completing multi-level tasks in a professional and timely manner.

Responsibilities
Manage various marketing communication programs using cloud-based platforms.
Organize and plan design center events for our key constituent groups.
Assist with administrative support for key internal processes.
Interact with our sales team to offer programmatic support.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Schedule Considerations:
This is a part-time position with weekday hours.

Average work week of 15-20 hours per week.
This position requires a mix of on-site responsibilities and could be described as hybrid.
Daily schedule can be customized to meet the needs of the ideal candidate.
