Job Description: We seek a highly organized and dynamic Office Manager to oversee our administrative operations. This role is pivotal in supporting our team by managing our office's budget, purchasing, payroll, event coordination, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, you will generate reports, oversee the compliance department and support our escrow division, maintain building operations, and schedule training sessions to ensure our team's success. Responsibilities also include maintaining a 5-star rating on our digital platforms.
Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day office operations, including budget oversight, financial transactions, and procurement of office supplies. Handle payroll processing and ensure compliance with all financial and legal requirements. Organize and coordinate office events, meetings, training, and staff schedules. Oversee the compliance department and escrow division. Supervise maintenance operations and coordinate building improvements. Schedule and manage training sessions for staff. Maintain a 5-star rating on all digital platforms by ensuring outstanding client service. Requirements: Proven experience as an Office Manager, Operations Manager, or similar role, preferably within the real estate industry. Strong organizational and planning skills, with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working harmoniously with diverse teams.
