Office & Admin Specialist Sr position located in Bemidji, MN.Provides support, information, research, analysis, and coordination for the Operations Services Division.Responsible for administering the procurement activities for the Northwest Region Fleet program.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate and monitor Fleet purchasing activities in accordance with State of Minnesota policies and procedures and budget for Operations Services Division.• Provide technical support for Fleet Information Management System activities (M5 database).• Manage records requirements to record repair and maintenance costs in the Fleet Information Management System.• Coordinate fuel credit cards, vehicle incidents and auto glass claims, vehicle equipment licensing and registration in accordance with Minnesota laws, Dept. of Public Safety and DNR policies and procedures.• Provide administrative support and coordination for OSD programs in the NW Region, primarily Fleet.

• Communication skills sufficient to generate readable and accurate written materials.• Word processing and typing skills.• Spreadsheet skills.• Data management skills.• Accounting/budgeting/expense skills.• Customer service skills.• Ability to implement and provide input for program policies, procedures, and service standards.• Leadwork skills.• Three (3) years of general office experience preferred.• Post-High school education in Business, Finance, Administration, Operations, Fleet, or Shop Management preferred.• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access) at an advanced level.• Knowledge and proficiency in SEMA4 and the SWIFT accounting system preferred.• Knowledge of Management Resource Programs such as fleet, facilities, engineering, IT, materials management, and procurement preferred.
