Required Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy Program.
Ph.D. From an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, or equivalent education/experience.
Occasional specialized Occupational Therapy training to meet a particular department need, or equivalent education/experience.
Oregon Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
