One-On-One Model |$8,500 Sign-On Bonus | $2,000 CE | $6,500 Productivity Bonus Olympic Sports & Spine (OSS) is looking to welcome an experienced Occupational Therapist who has experience in treating hands or looking to gain this experience. This position is open to Full or Part-time schedule (20-40 hours per week) to join our exceptional team at our Puyallup, East Main clinic, where you will receive onsite one-on-one mentorship with an highly experienced Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) . We are looking for a qualified Occupational Therapist who will be responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high-quality hand therapy services to patients; developing treatment plans, contributing to case management, and providing quality patient care. Experience using Raintree EMR is a plus.
Qualifications: Must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy. Washington State professional licensure is required. A minimum of three years of clinical experience treating hand patients preferred, but not necessary. Strong knowledge of managing patients with hand injuries/disorders and post-surgical care.
