COTA 's will use their skills to follow the current plan of care established by the OT, advance the patient through the plan as directed by the OT, and work with the interdisciplinary team to enable patients to achieve their goals. 
Minimum qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapist Assistant program with an active COTA license in the state of practice. Must perform job responsibilities in accordance with Key Rehab's Code of Ethical Conduct and follow state and federal guidelines. Preferred Qualifications
