Nursing Supervisor (Prn)

The Nursing Supervisor is a professional nurse who demonstrates commitment in the assessment and management of nursing operations. Will have the accountability for decision making relative to the provision of patient care and staff maintenance. Provides administrative level nursing leadership for inpatient units and provides House coverage on off-shifts.
Must have current Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Registered Nurse licensure & BLS/CPR cert
A minimum of five (5) years of broad-based nursing experience, required.
Previous supervisory / management experience, required.
Must be computer literate and have familiarity with electronic health records.
Baccalaureate degree from a NLN accredited school of nursing, preferred.
Successful completion of orientation & hospital required certifications.
