Responsibilities
• Identify practice gaps and collect data to analyze issues and trends.• Develop and implement education programs to address practice gaps and promote evidence-based practice.• Support onboarding, orientation, and ongoing competency of healthcare personnel.• Facilitate role development, lifelong learning, and professional growth.• Build collaborative partnerships to achieve common goals.• Promote and facilitate evidence-based practice and quality improvement activities.
Requirements
• WA state RN license• BSN or equivalent degree• Minimum of 3 years nursing experience• Certification in Nursing Professional Development within 2 years of hire• Excellent communication, teaching, and presentation skills• Knowledge of VM Production System and Lean principles preferred
