Responsibilities
• Implement the College's philosophy, curriculum, and objectives in teaching• Monitor clinical agencies and provide supervision and evaluation of nursing students• Serve as a positive professional role model for students• Participate in academic advisement and counseling• Contribute to the development and evaluation of student policies• Participate in professional activities outside the University• Demonstrate scholarship through scholarly teaching and reflection• Complete other assigned duties
Requirements
• Master's Degree in Nursing• Professional nurse licensure required• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in a clinical setting• Prior teaching experience preferred• Excellent communication skills• Scholarship congruent with rank
