Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; MSN or master's in a related field preferred. Experience: Minimum five years of nursing management experience in a hospital setting, with at least three years in a supervisory role. Licensure: Current Arizona Registered Nurse License. Skills: Strong decision-making skills and computer proficiency are essential. Special Considerations: No security clearance required. Visa candidates are not considered for this role.
