Nurse Recruiter

A wonderful new opportunity has become available for a Nurse Recruiter at an acute care hospital outside of Kirtland, New Mexico. This hospital specifically has 240+ patient beds, as well as a highly recognized Level III Trauma Center providing healthcare for the Four Corners region of New Mexico, Arizona, Colorado, and Utah. 
As a Nurse Recruiter with the hospital, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring qualified nursing professionals to join a dedicated team of healthcare professionals. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure a seamless hiring process. This role requires a combination of recruitment expertise, interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
Applicants should have previous experience doing the following things in order to be qualified for this position:
Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, including interview training and candidate selection.Foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance the recruitment process and promote the hospital as an employer of choice.This town in the Southwest corner of New Mexico is a wonderful place to live with low cost living getting bank for your buck as well as a great group of neighborly people to meet.
