Seeking a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice in Salem, ORFull-time or part-time position availableExperience in functional exams and integrative medicine preferred

Responsibilities
• Perform patient exams and consultations including orthopedic and functional exams• Order and review diagnostic imaging and labs• Formulate treatment care plans• Provide patient education• Perform Ultrasound Guided joint injections and trigger point injections• Collaborate with colleagues and staff for comprehensive patient care• Write medical orders and prescriptions• Ensure timely and accurate documentation
Requirements
• Licensed Nurse Practitioner in OR• Interest/Experience in orthopedics, pain management, regenerative medicine, functional medicine, and/or aesthetics preferred• Experience with US guided joint injections preferred• Credentialed with Medicare and health insurance companies a plus• DEA number preferred
