Nurse Practitioner | Sarasota, FL Direct Hire Opportunity! | $130K-$150K Annually, DOE Trinity Employment Staffing Agency is looking for a Nurse Practitioner for a direct hire opportunity! Our Client offers Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants advantages that are unmatched: Employed position with above-market compensation that includes base salary and bonus (based upon quality metrics, not RVUs or volume)  Outpatient primary care responsibilities only  Full malpractice coverage with tail  Generous benefits, including vacation, health insurance, retirement benefits, and CME  State-of-the-art centers that are newly built and located within the community  Cloud-based electronic health record and technology  Ability to practice as part of a collaborative team that may include, but is not limited to, Family Practice and/or Internal Medicine Physicians, RN Clinical Managers, and center team  A fully supportive care team that enables our providers to spend time with their patients and provide outstanding care Ideal candidates will be: Currently licensed to practice professional nursing or Physician Assistant in the state of employment, active and non-probationary  Experienced in primary care: internal medicine, geriatrics, or family medicine  Current BLS/ACLS certification  Driven to and comfortable with managing a primarily Medicare-aged, medically underserved patient population with comorbid conditions  Strong understanding of examination methodologies and diagnostics  Able to demonstrate interpersonal skills to be approachable and understandable to patients, families, and center team members  Confident in their ability to deliver high quality primary care, which includes being available to patients and addressing their medical and social needs  Passionate about their work and energized by being part of a fast growing organization  Comfortable traveling within the market to multiple centers within short distance of each other * Diagnose and treat acute, episodic, or chronic illness, independently or as part of a healthcare team. May focus on health promotion and disease prevention. May order, perform, or interpret diagnostic tests such as lab work and x rays. May prescribe medication. Must be registered nurses who have specialized graduate education.
* Develop treatment plans, based on scientific rationale, standards of care, and professional practice guidelines.
* Provide patients with information needed to promote health, reduce risk factors, or prevent disease or disability.
* Maintain current knowledge of state legal regulations for nurse practitioner practice, including reimbursement of services.
* Perform routine or annual physical examinations. #KA
