We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join us as a Nurse Manager . This full-time position Monday-Friday includes on-call responsibilities and offers competitive compensation with great benefits, including a $5,000 Bonus for Experienced RNs. NO WEEKENDS!!!! Nurse Manager responsibilities: Assist the Director of Nursing with management and compliance of the nursing department. Meet high standards in the areas of administering and supervising health care services. Assume responsibility and authority for the administration of the department in the absence of the DON. Mentor RN and direct care team in quality care and customer service. Complete regular compliance audits and initiate training for improvement. Perform additional tasks as needed. Nurse Manager skills and requirements: Current MN Registered Nurse (RN) license required and must be in good standing. BLS/ CPR Certificate. Knowledge of State and federal regulations. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to work hands-on with residents.
