Nurse Manager, Labor And Delivery

A renowned hospital in Western New Hampshire is searching for a Nurse Manager to oversee its Labor and Delivery Unit. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, nurse development, and staffing, and serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff. Responsibilities:

Supervises and develops department personnel.

Works directly with patients and staff to enhance nursing techniques and approaches.

Initiates and coordinates the development, improvements, and implementation of standards and department policies.

Participates in the development and implementation of the unit's budgets.

Assist with hiring and orienting department personnel.

Qualifications:

Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

BSN preferred.

Current NH RN License.

5+ years of nursing experience.

Additional info:

Full-time, 40 hours per week
