The Inpatient Behavioral Health Nurse Director will have the wonderful opportunity to oversee and direct all operations for the inpatient and outpatient psychiatric services offered at this medical facility, totaling 100 beds. Reporting directly to the Chief Nursing Officer CNO, the Nurse Director Behavioral Health will manage staff to provide outstanding patient care to pediatric, adult, and geriatric patient populations. The RN Director will demonstrate a strong background in Behavioral Health regulatory, Joint Commission, and Oklahoma State Department of Health guidelines. This role will oversee 3 direct reports, Nurse Managers overseeing each area of behavioral health - adult, pediatric, and geriatric.
Requirements include:
Bachelor of Science in Nursing BSN Degree preferred
Progressive experience in acute care behavioral health services
Proven ability to bring teams together, collaborating to improve patient care outcomes
