Madison Regional Health System hires full time Nursing Assistants to fulfill 12-hour shifts in a hospital setting. Our nursing staff gets to work a flexible schedule that includes day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts to provide a healthy work and life balance.
Nursing assistants at Madison Regional Health System are responsible for assisting nursing personnel in providing patient care. This unique position will provide care to patients of all ages. Must possess and demonstrate critical thinking skills and maintain emotional stability in emergency setting.
Experience preferred. Nursing assistants do not have to be certified but should have a high school diploma or educational equivalent.
Full-time positions come with Madison Regional Health System's benefits package and a competitive salary. MRHS offers retention pay to individuals who have worked at the facility for greater than one year. Madison Regional Health System employees receive a discount at the on-site cafeteria.
