Responsibilities
• Deliver a premium in-store experience to consumers• Balance associate's responsibilities• Handle complex situations with autonomy and poise• Focus on one of three Areas of Expertise: Consumer Experience, Athlete Services, Product Life Cycle• Shape how world-class service looks throughout the store• Ensure store employees have the tools they need to be successful• Foster a vibrant, inclusive, and fun work culture• Receive and stock merchandise in the stockroom• Visual merchandising on the sales floor• Ensure consumers always have access to the right product at the right time
Requirements
• 1 year of retail and/or consumer service experience• Flexibility and willingness to work various shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays• Enthusiasm for engaging with consumers and inspiring them to become Nike Members• Digital literacy and adaptability to technology needs• Ability to communicate in English• Physical requirements including bending, squatting, reaching, climbing a ladder, and standing for extended periods of time• Must be at least 18 years of age• High school diploma or GED preferred
