Responsibilities
• Shape world-class service throughout the store• Deliver a premium in-store experience to consumers• Balancing associate responsibilities• Handle complex situations with autonomy and poise• Focus on one of three Areas of Expertise• Ensure store employees have the tools they need to be successful• Foster a vibrant, inclusive, and fun work culture• Handle product life cycle from receiving to visual merchandising• Ensure the consumer always has access to the right product
Requirements
• 1 year of retail and/or consumer service experience• Flexibility and willingness to work various shifts• Enthusiasm for engaging with consumers and inspiring them• Digital literacy and ability to adapt to technology needs• Ability to communicate in English• Physical requirements include bending, reaching, climbing, and standing for long periods of time• Must be at least 18 years of age• High school diploma or GED preferred
