As an Night Watch staff member, you'll be the comforting, attentive, and supportive presence available to clients around-the-clock. Whether it's homesickness, a stomachache, or difficult emotions, you'll offer solace and guidance whenever needed.

Ensure Client and Campus Safety o Provide overnight supervision of client emotional and physical safety
o Attend to the overnight security of the campus
o Encourage client engagement in activities of daily living (ADLs), chores, and coping skill applications
o Provide early intervention ahead of and during emotional and behavioral crises
o Maintain personal and professional boundaries
Attend to Nightly Upkeep of Facilities and Administrative Tasks o Perform regular cleaning duties to support a clean and sanitized environment for client use, growth, and well-being
o Complete nightly documentation charts of client progress and supervision
o Routinely upload client paperwork into program databases
Align and Operate within the Treatment Team's Approach for Each Client o Attend to Treatment Team direction for updates on client treatment protocol application
o Communicate and collaborate with co-workers, supervisors, and clinicians regarding client issues and notable progress
What do you bring to this position?
21+ years of age or older High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D is required; associates or bachelor's in human services, psychology, criminal justice, or related field a plus, but not a requirement! Ability to perform regular janitorial duties in multiple program buildings overnight; previous experience a plus, but not a requirement!
