• Ensure safety of members, guests, and staff on overnight shift• Act as hotel representative in emergency situations• Assist guests with requests and needs• Conduct check in and checkout procedures• Handle incoming calls and inquiries• Perform accounting duties and night audit functions• Communicate and track guest requests• Be knowledgeable in hotel facilities and services• Handle reservations, changes, and cancellations• Conduct service recovery and review arrival report
Requirements
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel• High school diploma required• Experience with Opera property management system preferred• Valid driver's license required
