Full job description Job Title: Hotel Night Auditor
Location: [Cobblestone Inn & Suites], [ Clarinda, Iowa]
Job Description: We seek a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to join our hospitality team. The Night Auditor will manage front desk duties during the night shift, reconcile financial accounts, process daily financial transactions, and provide exceptional service to our guests. Responsibilities:
Manage end-of-day booking reports, ensuring all financial information is accurate and complete. Perform check-ins and check-outs, assisting guests with inquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Process invoices, receipts, and payments, maintaining accurate transaction records. Monitor and report any discrepancies or unusual activities.
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure a smooth operation and excellent guest experience. Qualifications: Previous experience at a hotel front desk or night audit role is preferred.
Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and handle overnight shifts.
