Our rustic yet elegant Adirondack-style lodge and spectacular cottage collection is perched alongside quiet lake waters and the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, while surrounded by 1,900 picture-perfect, "Close to Nature" park acres. Overview: Administer all night audit functions. Ensure that all daily transactions are reconciled and accounted for in accordance with set policies and procedures. Ensure proper check-in and check-out of guests during the night audit shift.
Carry out the policies and procedures of Stonewall Resort and Pyramid Global Hospitality while maintaining the highest degree of professionalism and teamwork atmosphere as per standards of service. Follow safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment. Ensure that the night audit is performed in an accurate and timely manner each night. Complete close-day reports on MAESTRO, InfoGenisis, EZSuite, and update the Excel daily report, ensuring that all figures are transferred correctly and in balance. Balance rooms and food and beverage transactions by manually adding actual vouchers and reconciling with computer totals. Balance credit card, direct billings and other payments. Post room and tax charges after thoroughly auditing the potential room revenue and rate discrepancy reports. Distributes MAESTRO morning reports. Handles Front Office (check in and check out) functions and telephone operations during 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Ensure proper guest service during the night audit shift. Perform all activities in a professional manner and in accordance with company policy. Provide assistance in other job classifications as determined necessary by immediate superior. Calculator, computer, typewriter, telephone, various office equipment (copier, paper cutter, etc).
Qualifications: Knowledge of MAESTRO front office system and Excel experience essential. InfoGenisis point-of-sale system experience and IBM personal computer experience desired.
