Night Auditor

Our property is seeking a night auditor to join our growing group of hospitality professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to financial details, a genuine love of interacting with people, and a superior commitment to customer satisfaction. Previous hotel experience is not required but guest service experience is highly preferred. If you are looking to start a career in the hospitality industry and want a position that can grow with your skills and natural talents, apply now.Sunday to Thursday shift, 11pm to 7am.Responsibilities:Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel managementAudit and reconcile all financial records such as cash drawer activity, credit card transactions, room charges, final bill preparation, and occupancy percentagesExecute front desk clerk duties as required, such as processing reservations and check-ins, delegating housekeeping, security, and service requests, responding to guest inquiries, and resolving guest complaints as neededPerform additional bookkeeping, administrative, and accounting procedures as requiredProvide exceptional service to all hotel guests during their stayQualifications:Diploma or equivalent from high school is required; some college is desiredGreat communications. and excellent customer service skills are requiredFront desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not requiredRequires a flexible schedule that allows for overnight shift hoursProficiency with computers is required; experience with reservation and accounting software is desiredAbout Company:Modernly designed with you in mind, our Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Greenville offers guests upgraded guest rooms and amenities, coupled with first-class service.
