Responsibilities
• Audit, balance, and report on food and beverage outlets• Audit, balance, post, and report on the front desk• Audit, balance, and prepare room information• Prepare and input statistics and income journal sheets• Balance and close bank ticket codes• Perform duties of Front Desk Agent/Bellman• Compile guest email addresses• Track guest issues in Guest Response Log• Basic supervision of 3rd shift staff• Attend quarterly Night Staff meeting
Requirements
• Accounting background preferred• Ability to operate computer, cash register, and calculator• Telephone and guest relations etiquette and skills• Moderate hearing and excellent vision required• Excellent speech communication skills• Excellent comprehension and literacy• Ability to lift files/papers up to 5 lbs• Ability to move between front desk, PBX, and accounting areas• Must pass a background check• High school education or equivalent experience
