We are currently looking for a part-time Night Auditor to join our team.
The Night Auditor ensures all revenue is posted to the correct departments and to balance all revenue departments daily and complete all necessary reports.
Some, but certainly not all, of this position's responsibilities include.
Perform all audit procedures as set forth by the Hotel and company, daily. Balance all cash receipts and work performed during the audit shift. Make deposits of cash. Act as a Guest Service representative and manager on duty during the nighttime hours. Act as PBX operator during the audit shift. You must have at least one year's experience as a Night Auditor, Bookkeeper, or Accountant and at least 6 months' experience as a Front Desk Agent in a full-service hotel to be considered for this job.
