Responsibilities
• Assisting guests with check-in and check-out processes• Coordinating late night guest requests and informing guests of hotel services• Preparing and providing quality beverages and food products for guests• Rolling the day by checking in remaining guests, balancing day, and assisting with breakfast set up• Assisting with luggage, coffee, directions, wake-up calls, and future reservations
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• Basic typing skills with computer data entry experience• Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or related field• Strong command of the English language• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50lbs• Must possess basic computer skills• Must be 18 years or older• Experience with Opera PMS and Micros POS is a plus
