Responsibilities
• Cultivate and maintain a customer base in a given territory• Continuous education in sales techniques and industry to gain a competitive edge• Deliver customer-focused service through a consultative sales approach• Sell and deliver a minimum number of vehicles per month• Write complete sales orders and process paperwork• Utilize dealership sales control and follow-up systems• Attend product and sales training courses• Maintain owner follow-up and prospect development systems• Conduct business in an ethical and professional manner• Satisfy the transportation needs of new-vehicle purchasers
Requirements
• High school diploma required, college degree preferred• 3-5 years of New Truck Sales experience preferred• Technical understanding of diesel engines and related components• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals and regulations• Ability to write reports and respond to questions• Ability to calculate figures and apply basic algebra and geometry• State Sales License and valid Driver's License required• Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred• Preferred bilingual: Eastern European/Spanish
