A dynamic and rapidly growing company in the field of electrical connectors and assemblies is seeking an innovative and passionate New Product Development Engineer to take initiative and become a pivotal part in helping shape the future of their company.New Product Development Engineer Responsibilities:Take ownership of product innovation and foster collaboration.Initiate project leadership from concept through prototype to production.Apply electrical expertise throughout design and testing.Utilize tooling experience for product development and production.Identify opportunities for continuous improvement , including cost optimization.Exhibit team leadership by fostering a collaborative and innovative culture.Optimize precision and efficiency using (preferred) CNC knowledge.Manufacturing Engineer Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field is required.Strong background in tooling and manufacturing processes.Proven experience in electrical connector and assembly design/development.Self-starter to take initiative and lead projects.Excellent communication skills/ability to work effectively in a team environment.Commitment to servant leadership in a laid-back, family-oriented culture.Please submit a resume for consideration.
