New Business Processor Location Hybrid work in Brentwood, TN : We are seeking a New Business Processor to provide administrative support over several departments in our company. In this position, you must ensure that our day-to-day operations run smoothly, especially when they involve collaboration between multiple departments. Fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of this job requires strong communication skills, the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, and familiarity with standard office software. Role Responsibilities
Responsible for managing the process of new account opening Knowledgeable of and will remain in compliance with all rules and regulations Communicate with advisors and clients to efficiently move investment and insurance processing Maintain strict confidentiality of client and company information Work with broker dealer on resolving issues with applications Review files and sources in their entirety, in order to identify requirements to process applications and clearly and concisely communicate with the team Collaborate with Client Service team to prioritize daily work items Work directly with the financial advisors, team members, and clients to modify, update, and process insurance policies and investment accounts Review and verify personal information including names, addresses, ages, assets, and other data to ensure the accuracy of company records Maintain recordkeeping and data entry to maintain accurate client information Correspond with existing and prospective clients via phone and email in accordance with the company policies; documenting all details to deliver the optimal level of customer service Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in business administration or 3-5 year relevant work experience Experience using data entry, recordkeeping, or insurance policy computer systems or programs Knowledge of insurance policies, carriers, and processing Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills are required Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM systems, financial planning software, and other related account status computer systems Life & Health and Series 7 licensing preferred Note: This is not intended to be all-inclusive.
