Network/VoIP Engineer

Summary:
1 Source is looking for a Network/VoIP Engineer to work collaboratively with other contractors and federal staff at the Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau (TTB) to help improve and maintain the network infrastructure including voice, data, and video. Duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
-Manage and Maintain the Voice and Video Infrastructure
-Analyze and monitor Call Quality and Voice issues
-Configure Cisco UCCX Scripts
-Auxiliary support of Cisco Routers/Switches
-Provides support for exercise and contingency operations to ensure connectivity between TTB Headquarters and remote field offices and users
-Resolve highly complex network interoperability problems
-Research new technologies
Education and Years of Experience:
-Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience is required
-5+ years of experience in the networking field
Required Skills:
-VoIP experience
-Cisco VoIP configuration/implementation and monitoring
-Experience with CUCM and UCCX and call center configuration
-Cisco Video Teleconferencing Experience
-Familiarity with VPN technologies
-Familiarity with Network Monitoring technologies, Windows Servers, workstations and Virtualization technologies
Desired Skills/Certifications:
-CCNA/CCNP Certification is preferred
-VMWare Experience
-Software Defined Network methodology
-Experience with troubleshooting and coordinating the usage of local and wide area networks (LAN and WAN), telecommunications, VPN
-Experience with providing technical network management necessary to ensure continuous operation of systems with an operational uptime rate of 99%
-Must be willing to occasionally travel/work after hours
Additional Requirements:
-Active Public Trust clearance (We are able to hold Secret clearance)
