Join our dynamic team as a Network Technician II, where you'll embark on a journey of providing exceptional IT support while delivering top-notch customer service. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind maintaining and optimizing our clients' IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any technical issues that may arise.
Responsibilities:
Conduct on-site IT support by visiting client locations, addressing a wide range of technical needs including printer, laptop, server, and network device troubleshooting.
Offer comprehensive consultancy services encompassing network LAN, WAN, WLAN, cabling infrastructure, data storage, remote access systems, security solutions, and more.
Serve as a Smart Hands technician for PC and laptop replacements, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to client operations.
Uphold excellent customer focus, consistently meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs) to ensure client satisfaction.
Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, servers, and printers with precision and efficiency.
Collaborate effectively with team members, working under general supervision to achieve collective goals.
Minimum Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in supporting desktops, laptops, and printers, demonstrating a solid foundation in IT support.
A minimum of 3 years of customer service experience, showcasing your ability to engage with diverse users and environments.
Possession of reliable transportation as this role involves driving to client sites (reimbursement provided).
Flexibility to work weekends, staggered shifts, or late hours, including evenings and weekends, to accommodate client needs.
Strong interpersonal skills and a personable demeanor, crucial for interacting with clients and colleagues effectively.
Ability to work on a ladder or lift and capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
Willingness to participate in the on-call rotation after completing training, ensuring 24/7 availability.
Basic Needs/Requirements:
Proficiency in working from bent, crouched, or kneeled positions to accommodate various work environments.
Access to a smartphone with tethering/hotspot capabilities, a laptop, and basic hand tools.
Possession of a valid driver's license.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certification in relevant IT fields.
