Duties & Responsibilities
Work with Network Administrator to support various components of the network
Installs and maintain devices including printers, switches, routers, and other equipment
Communicates well with end users to understand and troubleshoot problems
Maintain user accounts and provide support on Phone System and email System
Perform Security tasks to protect against security threats, diagnose events and remove viruses
Diagnose & remediate software/hardware issues of servers and end user devices
Maintain Building security system including setup & maintenance of users
Performs other duties as assigned

PC Imaging / End User Data Back-up
Experience supporting MS Teams & MS Teams phone system
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with HTML / CSS or related software
Education & Experience: Technical school degree, associate's degree, bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
At least two years of experience in network maintenance and user technical support preferred
Microsoft certification is desirable, but not required
Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times
May be required to work on-call or long hours at times in case of I.T Emergencies
