Chemours is seeking a Network Master Scheduler to join our growing Titanium Production Planning team. This position will be available remotely and report directly to the Pigment Production Planning Manager. As a Network Master Scheduler, you will be part of a close-knit team of motivated and energetic professionals where you will contribute to our business success by ensuring reliable planning and scheduling processes at our sites and warehouses to meet our customers' orders. This position is a highly visible, key role within the company as we drive a commercial excellence culture.
The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following: + Develops the time-phased master production schedule by translating the CIBM monthly output (focus on 0-3-month horizon for a detailed production schedule) from the Global Supply Planner
+ Drive transformation through OMP implementation and build organization capability through development of improved supply chain processes.
+ Develop and optimize supply planning/scheduling models to enable supply readiness, risk mitigation and meet cost objectives.
+ Implements, executes, and maintains the MPS policies and governance to ensure stability and responsiveness
+ Participates in decision centers; facilitates meeting as appropriate
+ Provides lateral connection to both customer service, other schedulers and import/export coordinators
+ Identifies issues to meet supply plan and leads the resolution of the issue (0-3 mo). Communication lead on the issue – escalates when not resolvable
+ Coordinates optimum production plans between the three TT sites; resolves RFC conflicts and optimization
+ Accountable for ensuring proper root causes are identified and driving execution of actions related to DTP misses
+ Participates in the CIBM Supply Step for their assets/product line and communications the short-term production schedule and potential execution conflicts
+ Manages NPI (Non-Productive Inventory) at the global level. Leads regional meetings, NPI file status updates/action plans and escalates issues as needed
+ Lead or support additional improvement initiatives as appropriate.
+ Cross-train for critical supply chain roles/activities to enable effective backup coverage.
The following is required for this role: + Bachelor's degree in business, engineering , science-related field or 10+ years of work equivalent experience in a Supply Chain role
+ 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Analytical or Technical role
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to details
+ Effective written and verbal communication skills
+ Strong interpersonal and influencing skills in a cross functional setting
+ Ability to adapt to changing environment and quickly learn new processes
+ Solid technical skills in PowerPoint and BW, with advanced Excel skills including pivot tables and formulas
The following is preferred for this role: + Proficiency with SAP , or a similar Enterprise Resource Planning ( ERP ) system, OMP integrated demand, supply planning, scheduling software
+ Basic knowledge of appropriate financial, legal, commercial, and logistical guidelines/procedures within Chemours and business unit specific
+ Knowledge of the TT production process
