Network Engineer Consultant

We need a Network Engineer Consultant for a short-term (2-3 month) assignment for our client in Polk County.

No 3rd party / C2C candidates.

This is a HYBRID position, candidates must live within a 45-minute drive of Lakeland, Florida.

In this role, you will work within a networking team integrating 2 company network technical domains. Part of your duties will include network assessment and planning, integration initiatives (routers, switches, firewalls), security access and control (rules, communication channels, configurations, traffic monitoring), and documentation and reporting.

The qualified consultant will have:

At least 5 years of experience as a Network Engineer
Strong experience and knowledge of Cisco Meraki and AWS
Proven work/project experience in the integration of networks and/or domains from more than 1 entity
Familiarity with AWS Transit Gateways
CCNA or CCNP Certifications
