Network Operations - Service Deliverables
The service consists of providing operations (Incident, Change & Problem Management) & project support for Network DCLAN infrastructure

Roles & Responsibilities: The purpose of this role is to provide technical solution support for Network DCLAN infrastructure. The emphasis would be on skills like

Deploy network solutions in Data Center with Cisco Nexus solutions
Manage network infrastructure with Cisco Routers & Switches in Data Center
Provide operations support (IM/CM/PM) support for network DCLAN infrastructure
Support migration of DC LAN solutions to Cisco Nexus 9K infrastructure
Technology Knowledge Areas -
Switching - Cisco Nexus 5K/7K/9K, VSS/vPC/VDC, STP, VLAN/VXLAN/EVPN
Cisco DCNM/Cisco Nexus Dashboard Fabric Controller
Routing - Cisco ISR/ASR/Company, IOS XE/XR, NFV/VNF, BGP/OSPF/EIGRP, Segment Routing, VRF, Cisco CSP
Protocol - DNS/DHCP/SNMP/AAA

Technology Experience
Strong knowledge/experience in Cisco 5K/7K/9K switches
Hands on experience in deploying/configuring/troubleshooting Datacenter LAN solutions
Strong knowledge/experience in configuring, managing, troubleshooting BGP, OSPF, EIGRP on Cisco ISR/ASR/Company devices & Cisco Nexus switches
Strong knowledge/experience in troubleshooting STP/VLAN issues
Strong knowledge/experience in configuring VSS/VDC/vPC in Cisco Nexus switches
Strong knowledge/experience in configuring, managing, troubleshooting Nexus switches via Cisco DCNM tool
Experience with DNS/DHCP/SNMP/ services
