Network Operations - Service Deliverables
The service consists of providing operations (Incident, Change & Problem Management) & project support for network & cloud infrastructure

Roles & Responsibilities: The purpose of this role is to provide technical solution support for Network & cloud infrastructure. The emphasis would be on skills like

Deploy network solutions (LAN/WAN) between Ent Site/DC/Cloud
Manage network infrastructure with Cisco Routers, Switches, Firewalls & Cloud instances
Provide operations support (IM/CM/PM) support for network infrastructure
Configure/manage WAN service gateways
Technology Knowledge Areas -
Routing - Cisco ISR/ASR/Company, IOS XE/XR, NFV/VNF, BGP/OSPF/EIGRP, Segment Routing, VRF, Cisco CSP
Switching - Cisco Nexus 5K/7K/9K, VSS/vPC/VDC, STP, VLAN/VXLAN/EVPN
Firewall - Palo Alto/Panorama
VPN - IPSec/GRE/DMVPN
Protocol - DNS/DHCP/SNMP/AAA
AWS - VPC/Cloud Front/Transit GW/CloudWAN/Route 53/API/VPN/ELB/Direct Connect/EC2

Technology Experience
Strong knowledge/experience in configuring, managing, troubleshooting BGP, OSPF, EIGRP on Cisco ISR/ASR/Company devices
Strong knowledge/experience in configuring, managing, troubleshooting Nexus switches
Strong knowledge/experience in configuring, managing, troubleshooting Palo Alto Firewalls
Strong knowledge/experience in configuring, managing, troubleshooting AWS/Azure cloud connectivity/services
Good knowledge of Tunneling Protocols (IPSEC / GRE)
Experience with DNS/DHCP/SNMP/ services
