Now interviewing for a Network Administrator **MUST LIVE IN INDIANA** Aspire Indiana Health is a nonprofit provider of comprehensive "whole health" services including primary medical care, behavioral health, recovery services and programs addressing the social determinants of health such as housing and employment. Aspire has health centers in five Central Indiana counties serving Hoosiers of all ages and walks of life. Position Summary The Network Administrator will be responsible for implementing, maintaining and proactively supporting the company's core network infrastructure. The Network Administrator will analyze and create tests to triage and coordinate with other members of the Information Technology and System department to ensure integrity of all core network systems. Network administrators will operate in a capacity that is autonomous and allows for troubleshooting and proactive maintenance of Aspire's core network infrastructure. This position is responsible to coordinate and assist in the creation and maintenance of system documentation including standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Education and Experience LEVEL I - Non Exempt Associate's degree in a related field OR High School Diploma with two (2) years of related experience required Two (2) years of related experience highly preferred Experience in a healthcare environment preferred Experience with basic level networking concepts Experience with hands on deployment of networking equipment LEVEL II - Exempt Bachelors degree in a related field with two (2) years of related experience OR Associates in a related field with four (4) years of related experience required
A minimum of two (2) years of directly related equivalent experience/competencies in a healthcare setting highly preferred Experience in a change control processes preferred Experience in managing a cloud based environment Routing, switching, firewall, sd-wan Experience with high-availability configuration of network systems preferred Experience with disaster recovery operations support preferred LEVEL III - Exempt Bachelors degree in a related field with four (4) years of related experience OR Associates in a related field with seven (7) years of related experience required
